Georgetown Public Policy Review (GPPR) - Spring Edition 2023

The Georgetown Public Policy Review (GPPR), established by the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University in 1995, welcomes original article submissions of analytical or empirical merit in the fields of public policy, political science, and related disciplines. We are currently calling for submissions to our annual, peer-reviewed academic journal, the Spring Edition, which will be published in April 2023. Past submissions have examined issues related to education, health, environmental, economic, social, national security, immigration, criminal justice, and international development policy.

  • Authors should submit manuscripts to

  • We will be accepting papers on a rolling basis until January 8th, 2023.

  • Policy practitioners and analysts, undergraduate and graduate students, Ph.D. candidates, and university faculty are highly encouraged to submit. 

  • The Spring Edition accepts submissions of manuscript-length journal articles advancing sound conceptual frameworks using quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods (maximum of 18,000 words), as well as letters or short essays about emerging issues in need of scholarly attention (maximum length of 4,000 words).
