The ILA is pleased to partner with the Universidad del Pacífico in Lima Perú on this important topical conference Exploring Leadership in Latin America. Bringing together leadership scholars and researchers, educators and students, coaches and consultants, and public leaders and executives, this conference will ask participants to consider — particularly within a Latin American context — questions related to leadership, transformation, and change. Please review the complete call for proposals for more information about the conference goals.

We invite you to submit a proposal by the deadline of April 1st to share your experiences, conclusions, analyses, practices, situations, cases, processes, research, or reflections that can have an impact on Latin American organizations, businesses, and societies, contributing to their transformation.

Please note that a limited number of concurrent sessions during the conference will be simultaneously translated in English and Spanish. You will be asked during the submittal process if you wish to present in Spanish or English.
