The Rocky Mountain Military Affairs Society presents a free public lecture . . . The Empire Strikes Back:  Social Casualties of the Argentine Falkland War Veterans, by Garrett Roberts, US Air Force Academy

Major Roberts is a 2001 graduate of Brigham Young University, completing a Bachelor of Arts degree. He attended Undergraduate Pilot Training at Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma, earning his wings in 2002. He earned a Masters degree in Aeronautical Sciences from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2010 and a Masters of Arts from the University of Colorado Denver in 2014. His aviation career includes over 2,800 flying hours in trainer and transport aircraft including the T-1A, C-17A, TG-10B, TG-16A, TG-15A/B, and T-53 with flying assignments in Oklahoma, New Jersey, and Colorado.
