The call for applications for the fully-funded PhD programme at the European University Institute (EUI) will open on 1 November 2022. The Department of History of the EUI offers exceptional opportunities to study the history of Europe in the world from the 15th century to the present, in the inspiring city of Florence, Italy.

After a short introduction to the EUI and the department, participants will be able to discuss and ask questions regarding the PhD programme and about life at the EUI and in Florence.
