The Song Studies Network is very proud to announce the launch of an academic book series, entirely devoted to Song Studies! We cordially invite all those working on all forms of song to consider submitting a book proposal in either English, French or German.

The series will be published by Amsterdam University Press, an academic press of high standard dedicated to the humanities and social sciences and covering a global network. Publication opportunities include both monographs and edited volumes, as well as audio or video files and full open access. All members of the editorial board are members of the Song Studies Network: Juliane Brauer (editor-in-chief), Morag Grant, Lauren M. Levesque, John Street, and Una McIlvenna.

Our series is currently the only existing academic book series devoted to Song Studies worldwide. We hope it will contribute to the development of Song Studies as an interdisciplinary field of research, as well as offer new and relevant publishing opportunities to scholars working in this field.
