Lt Col Mark Grotelueschen, PhD, is Chief, Military History Division in the USAF Academy Department of History. He holds degrees from the USAF Academy, the University of Calgary, and Texas A&M University, and is the author of The AEF Way of War: The American Army and Combat in World War I (Cambridge UP, 2007).

Maj Mike Kennedy currently serves as the Director of Operations in the USAF Academy Department of History. He is a graduate of Jacksonville State University. He teaches Military History and American Military History.

Lt Col Grant Weller, PhD, is an Associate Professor of History in the USAF Academy Department of History. He holds degrees from Penn State, University of North Dakota, and Temple University. He is the author of A Motor-Minded Army (University of Kentucky, forthcoming).
