MLA Special Session: We are seeking papers on aspects of translations of early modern British literature, including Shakespeare, into other languages considering national identity, propaganda, adaptation, censorship, audience, cultural, political, or religious appropriation, translation theories and strategies. How are translation theories practiced in translations?  How do translators challenge translation theories? We encourage papers discussing translations of various languages (Russian, Polish, Hindi, Japanese, Farsi, Mandarin, etc.). 250-word abstract, 3-page CV by 1 March 2016
