The International Advisory Board is pleased to announce the Call For Papers for the Sixteenth International Conference on Diversity in Organizations, Communities, and Nations will be held 27-29- July 2016 at the University of Granada in Granada, Spain.

Conference Themes

In addition to the special conference focuse, the conference will address a range of critically important issues and themes relating to the Diversity community. Plenary speakers include some of the leading thinkers in these areas, as well as numerous paper, colloquium and workshop presentations.

We are inviting proposals for paper presentations, workshops/interactive sessions, posters/exhibits, or colloquia addressing Diversity through one of the following themes:

Identity and Belonging
Organizational Diversity
Education and Learning in a World of Differences    Community Diversity and Governance
2016 Special Theme: "Human Diversity and the Environment: Mapping Difference in the Era of the Anthropocene"

Proposal ideas that extend beyond these thematic areas will also be considered. For more information about the ideas and themes underlying this community, please visit our website.

We also offer participation options for those individuals who cannot attend the conference. Authors who wish to submit an article for potential publication in the Diversity Collection may submit a Proposal for Article Submission, while all members of the knowledge community with an accepted proposal may submit an online presentation to the knowledge community YouTube channel.
