Dear Colleagues,

UNC Charlotte’s Graduate History Association (GHA) invites you to submit a paper proposal to participate in the 28th Annual Graduate History Forum. This year’s forum will be held at UNC Charlotte on February 26th and 27th, 2016.

We are happy to announce that Dr. Louis A. Pérez, Jr. from UNC Chapel Hill will be this year’s honored guest. Made possible by co-sponsorship from the Graduate & Professional Student Government (GPSG), Dr. Pérez will be our keynote speaker at this year’s forum.

We encourage submissions from both graduate and undergraduate students. Papers covering interdisciplinary approaches to any historical topic or theme are welcome. Submissions should include an abstract of 250-300 words.

We invite students with digital history projects to submit proposals as well. Entries could include, but are not limited to, online exhibits, websites, and documentary videos. Submissions should include an abstract of 250-300 words.

Please email submissions to gha@uncc.edu by January 18, 2016. Feel free to contact me at kmoor120@uncc.edu with any comments or questions. We look forward to receiving your papers!
