The journal The World of the Orient invites submissions for a special Indological issue, dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of Pavlo Ritter, literary critic, linguist, and translator, one of the founders of the Indological Studies in Ukraine. Articles on the languages, history, culture, and philosophy of India are welcome.

The journal The World of the Orient accepts articles in Ukrainian and English.

Deadline for articles: August 30, 2022.

The World of the Orient is a peer-reviewed academic journal indexed in Scopus, published by the A. Yu. Krymskyi Institute of Oriental Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The journal publishes original research articles on topical issues of the past and present of the Asia, its languages and literature, history, philosophy, culture, religion, Ukrainian contacts with the Asian countries, bibliographic surveys, and reviews, as well as the history and culture of peoples of eastern origin within Ukraine.
