Altering Landscapes of Holocaust Remembrance

The Global Center for Religious Research (GCRR), in collaboration with the Ackerman Center for Holocaust Studies at the University of Texas at Dallas, is proud to announce the 2022 International Conference on Holocaust Studies. The conference will bring together historians, specialists, and researchers from all over the world to discuss the need to preserve Holocaust memories.

The decreasing number of survivors and the steady rise of antisemitism are two main concerns of this multidisciplinary virtual conference. Scholars will explore the various forms and practices through which Holocaust memories are mediated, preserved, and safeguarded across different technologies as well as geographies.

The conference will take place online. Participants can attend from the comfort and safety of their own home without having to worry about travel and lodging expenses.

To present at the conference, please send a single document (Word or PDF) containing an abstract proposal of 300 words (including the title) along with your CV.
