About the conference:
The conference brings together academics, policy makers and practitioners and artists to discuss topics of migration, ageing, and digital technologies in Sweden and Japan. The first day of the conference focuses on discussing challenges in relation to implementing communication and translation technologies for older people and the role of digital technologies in the elder care sector. The second day will feature academic speakers to discuss broader topics in relation to digitisation of ageing and issues of integration and digital care among migrant populations. Our keynote speakers will be Jackie J. Kim-Wachutka, Ritsumeikan University, Sofi Fristedt, Jönköping University, Sweden.
