This online series will explore entangled histories of crime and imperialism through the lens of genealogy. Scholars from fields of history, criminology, law and related disciplines will explore legacy, inheritance, connectivity and rupture in crime across empire. The series will take place over four half-days to enable scholars to join us from across the globe and to promote inclusivity, the series is free of charge. It is convened by Dr Meg Foster, Newnham College, University of Cambridge and co-convened by Dr Katy Roscoe, International Criminological Research Unit, University of Liverpool and is generously hosted by their institutions.
