WANTED> Asian Medicine: Seeking Book Review Editor for South Asian topics

The journal Asian Medicine: Journal of the International Association for the Study of Traditional Asian Medicine is seeking a new book review editor to cover publications related to South Asian medicine. Asian Medicine is a leading multidisciplinary journal publishing research articles on historical, anthropological, sociological, and philological topics, practice reports from clinicians based in and outside Asia. 

 

The book review editor for South Asian topics will work with the senior book review editor to identify suitable books for review and match these books with appropriate reviewers. If you are a scholar of South Asian medicine (including Ayurveda, Siddha, and Unani) and might be interested in joining the editorial team, please contact either the journal’s Editor-in-Chief, Pierce Salguero (asianmedicinejournal@gmail.com) or the Senior Book Review Editor, Daniel Trambaiolo (trambaiolo@hku.hk). Candidates for the position should have a PhD in a relevant scholarly field.
