Gender Fellowships

Fellowship: CrossCurrents Rsearch Colloquium - Gender, Transgender and orther Transitions

Fellowships are available for the 2018 CrossCurrents Research Colloquium.  We seek applicants who can address our topic from a Jewish perspective.  Spend the month of July in New York working on a research or writing project of your own design and collaborate with others engaged in this issue from Christian, Buddhist, secular and other perspectives with access to Union, Auburn, Columibia University and Jewish Theological Seminary Libraries.

“Performing Gender” - Short-term Postdoctoral Fellowships for New Delhi (ICAS-MP)

“Metamorphoses of the Political: Comparative Perspectives on the Long Twentieth Century” is the first M.S. Merian International Centre for Advanced Studies in the Humanities and Social Sciences (ICAS-MP) abroad that is financed by the German Ministry of Education and Research.

Lapidus Center for the Historical Analysis of Transatlantic Slavery - Fellowships

The Lapidus Center for the Historical Analysis of Transatlantic Slavery of the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, The New York Public Library, offers two long-term fellowships to assist scholars whose research on transatlantic slavery can benefit from extended access to the Schomburg Center's resources.  Fellows will begin residence at the Center on September 1, 2016 and end on March 1, 2017. They will receive a $30,000 stipend. Deadline:  December 1, 2015.
