Seeking scholars for a panel on the fields of Indigenous and Business History for the Business History Conference in Cartagena, Colombia, March 14-16, 2019 (www.thebhc.org/call-papers-2019). One current panelist explores the role of markets in 18th century Creek communities as part of the greater Atlantic World. Another uses a series of case studies of the development of 20th century tribal economic development initiatives to draw out broader questions introducing these fields to one another. We are looking for one additional panelist and a chair or commentator. If you would like to submit with us, please send me your name, contact information (institutional affiliation and address), a title for your paper, and a 300-word abstract of your proposed paper. Please contact Clinton Hough by September 21, 2019. Email: choug005@fiu.edu
