The editors of Imago Mundi: The International Journal for the History of Cartography seek to appoint a new book reviews editor who would cover publications from the Americas, East Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Reviews editors monitor new publications, commission reviews, request review copies, and edit submitted reviews. The successful applicant would work closely with the other reviews editor, who covers European publications, as well as the journal’s copy editor. The position comes with an annual stipend of £250.

The journal is published with Taylor and Francis twice annually, in January and July, in paper and online editions. The editorial team, which works remotely, uses the Scholar One portal for author correspondence and peer review, and CATS for production.

Prospective applicants should send a brief cv and an email detailing their interest to editor.imagomundi@gmail.com.  For full consideration, please submit your application for immediate consideration.
