Scholarship covers: 100% tuition; free accommodation in KIMEP’s Residence Hall (including a deposit); library fees and deposit; compensation of travel expenses (two-way ticket in the amount of the established budget); monthly stipend of 81’400 KZT (12 months); VISA; nostrification process
Important! Compulsory fees (student, medical, etc.) are not covered by this scholarship

Citizenship: Ukraine
Selection criteria: 
– 2022 high/vocational school graduates or students transferring from universities of Ukraine or Russia;
– good English proficiency (minimum IELTS 4.5 / TOEFL IBT 57 / Duolingo 65 / KEPT 51);
– high school GPA – 4.00 out of 5.00 (or 80%);
– overall GPA after Fall 2021 and/or Spring 2022 semester of the previous university – min 70%.
Additional criteria: 
– academic merits of national or international level within the recent 3 years (if available);
– other criteria can be applied.

How to apply for the scholarship: 
1. Fill in the online application form in the Applicant Portal.
2. Upload an electronic copy of your passport to the portal.
3. If you have IELTS/TOEFL/Duolingo certificates, download valid copies. Or, take KEPT – a free online test of English proficiency at KIMEP University.
4. Upload to the portal a copy of the certificate of general secondary education (attestat) with its supplement/transcript.
5. Upload to the portal a copy of the transcript with grades from previous university.
6. Upload to the portal the available copies of certificates academic merits of national or international level received over the past 3 years.
7. Apply for the scholarship by submitting the online Scholarship Application form.
Application deadline: 
summer distribution: July 5, 2022 inclusively for Fall 2022
winter distribution: December 1, 2022 inclusively for Spring 2023
