Virtual Lecture on Autism & Classical Myth 16th February 1pm-2pm

Professor Susan Deacy will be delivering a virtual public lecture on her work with young people with autism, using classical mythology and the experiences and perceptions it highlights. This talk is free, online, and open to all and is a joint talk between Cultures of DIsability research group at Manchester Met Uni and the Classical Association. 

Live BSL interpretation will be available. 

Prof Deacy is the co-founder of ACCLAIM (Autism Connecting with Classically Inspired Mythology Network), established in 2019, and is Professor of Classics at Roehampton University.
