Meet the Editors
Hello, my name is Amy. I am an independent researcher, previously earning my M.A. in History at the University of Guelph, and my B.A. in History and Labour Studies at Brock University. Much of my recent research revolves around medieval Iceland and its literature, however I also have a great interest in Canadian history (more specifically, Canadian labour history). I became a Web Editor for H-Canada as I wished to be more involved with academic communities, hoping to engage with scholars. I aim to both maintain and improve upon the network in many ways, so I look forward to spending time with you all here on H-Canada!
Michelle Filice has a PhD in Canadian History from Wilfrid Laurier University. She also completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Laurier Centre for Military, Strategic and Disarmament Studies. Her specialties include: Canadian history, war and society studies, medical and nursing history, gender studies and Indigenous history.
