Gal-Ed: On the History and Culture of Polish Jewry - 

Call for Submissions for vol. 28

 

Gal-Ed, a bilingual (English/Hebrew), internationally respected, peer-reviewed journal devoted to research on the history and culture of Polish Jewry, is published under the auspices of The Institute for the History of Polish Jewry and Israel-Poland Relations of Tel-Aviv University, and has appeared regularly since 1973. Over the years it has published numerous path-breaking articles and significant archival documents, as well as book reviews and review essays. 

 

Gal-Ed publishes articles on all aspects of Polish Jewish history and culture, from earliest times until the present day.

 

Gal-Ed is indexed and accessible online (from 2007 onward) through the EBSCOhost Jewish Studies Source database.

 

Gal-Ed vol. 26-27 has recently appeared, and is available to subscribing institutions and individuals. 

 

Looking to our upcoming issue, vol. 28, we turn to the wider scholarly community to encourage you to consider publishing the fruits of your research on our pages, and ask you to pass on this request to your students and colleagues working in the field.
