For over 25 years, Herzog College, an academic institution affiliated with Yeshivat Har Etzion in Alon Shvut, has been organizing week-long "Bible Study Days" - Yemei Iyun b'Tanakh - that includes dozens of lectures every day presented by academics and Bible experts. This year the program includes fours days of English-language classes and a day of classes in French.

SJHS Grants support a variety of research, publications, exhibits, archival work, and other projects related to the Southern Jewish experience. The deadline for applications is Aug. 1 (it has been extended from the previously announced date of July 1).
