Greetings from the Cold War History Research Center, Budapest (www.coldwar.hu).
This is to invite you to contribute to our unique scholarly enterprise:
The Bibliography of New Cold War History.
This already quite extensive bibliography was first published on our Center’s website in 2017 and a third enlarged edition was issued in 2019 (1225 pages).
It attempts to present the publications on the history of the Cold War published after 1989, the beginning of the "archival revolution" in the former Soviet bloc countries. While even the present, quite extensive third edition is far from complete, it collects a huge number of books, articles and book chapters on the topic. The extended bibliography is now an unique reference work and an indispensable resource for scholars and students interested in the history of the Cold War all over the World.
Now we have been working on the 4th enlarged version of this bibliography that will be published by the end of 2020.
We are inviting you to send us a full list of your publications on any aspects of the Cold War, published since 1989. Those, who have already sent us a list earlier, or whose works have been included by our staff, may add their publications of 2020 to our bibliography.
The deadline for submission is November 10, 2020.
Please, organize the list into two categories (1. Books, 2. Articles/Book chapters) and to facilitate our editing work, please, send us a file in Word format and follow the sample below.
If the language of the work is not English, please, insert an English translation of the title in square brackets [ ].
