On Friday, February 3, the Research Lab for Character Assassination and Reputation Politics (CARP) will host an online event with Dr. Marlène Laruelle. Dr. Laruelle works on the rise of populist and illiberal movements in post-Soviet Eurasia, Europe and the US.
