Vendor needed for Oral History Processing

The Oral History Office at the Hagley Museum and Library in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a vendor to assist with its oral history program. The vendor’s duties will include collecting interview metadata, writing detailed interview summaries, preparing short interviewee biographies, and generating indexes using the Oral History Metadata Synchronizer (OHMS) as the Oral History Office acquires interviews. The vendor will perform other oral history related tasks on an as-needed basis, such as audio editing. The vendor can be based anywhere in the USA must have a business tax I.D. 

 

The vendor should have a strong background in oral history management. Expressions of interest, accompanied by oral history experience, should be sent to Hagley’s Oral History Program Manager, Ben Spohn at bspohn@hagley.org. Review of materials will commence on receipt
