In Florida we are in the middle of a union membership drive as the state tries to decertify faculty unions with less than 60% union density. We are at 57% and there are still a lot of non members in our business school. If any of you have a faculty union and teach in a business school or have worked with business school faculty I would appreciate your suggestions for arguments that might work with this population.
