Please Help H-Women and H-Net on our 25th Anniversary
In December 1994, Carol Toner asked H-Women’s subscribers to suggest titles for a reading list of “novels about working women.” Within ten days, she had a list of dozens of entries, a fine example of what defines H-Net: collaboration, debate, sharing of ideas and information, in a free, safe harbor watched over by hard-working volunteer editors.
Please help H-Net keep H-Women free, accessible, and available! Our servers, software, and labor all incur significant costs that we largely shoulder ourselves. The dedicated Home Office staff of undergraduates, graduate students, and professionals provide the editors with job openings, conferences and events, and new scholarship in the field.
We cannot do it without you, our readers.
Please help us continue by donating to H-Net today as we celebrate 25 years of service to our common profession.
Gratefully,
Peter
Executive Director, H-Net: Humanities & Social Sciences Online
