UPDATE on SAAME and the COVID-19 Pandemic

We hope this communication finds you well and safe. The organising committee is tracking the ongoing Covid19 Pandemic situation, and in light of recent developments, we are exploring different possibilities to continue with our schedule, possibly moving the event fully online.  For the time being we are keeping our original date of 2nd July, subject to the University of Exeter being able to host the meeting at that time, as well as the general UK and global situation.
We are keeping the call for contributions open until Friday 15th May. We understand focusing on work may be challenging now, therefore, short expressions of interests providing working titles/topics only instead of full abstracts are acceptable at this stage. Please also note that remote contributions may take place as either live streaming during the event or as recorded audio-visual papers (e.g. video essay).

We thank you for your continued interest in SAAME2020. We hope to be able to confirm the new details of the event soon.

Best wishes,

SAAME 2020 Organising Committee
