DEADLINE approaching- CFP Louisiana Historical Association, New Orleans April 12-15 2018

Dear All,

A friendly reminder that the deadline for the CFP is October 1st.   As many of you are probably aware, 2018 will mark the 300 year anniversary of the founding of New Orleans.  I would like to invite members on this list to submit a proposal for the LHA annual conference which will be held, appropriately enough, in New Orleans 12-15 April.  The tri-centennial commemoration will result in much attention being paid to this region and we hope that you will join us next year as we examine the history of this area in greater detail.
