QUERY: Black Opposition to Civil Rights Movement?

Hey all

Does anyone know where I can find info/sources pertaining to the subject of black opposition to civil rights movement efforts? I know that there were middle class Blacks that worked as informants for COINTELPRO, but I cannot seem to find ANY academic (or non academic for that matter) source relating to this topic. I'd like to write a paper on the subject of anti-civil rights Blacks and would love to have some great sources.

Please reply or send an email to bey2492@gmail.com if you can help me out.

Thank you!
