If you were planning to do archival research over the next few weeks or months and your trip has been cancelled or your archive has closed, we may have a solution for you. Tropy, a piece of free software developed by the Roy Rosenzweig Center for History and New Media at George Mason University (the same folks who built Zotero), has the capability to allow you to send research photos to others and include information about them such as where they came from and what they are. Tropy is encouraging researchers who are missing out on research trips right now to reach out on our forums to see if others can provide the research materials that you need.
