Send proposals and brief C.V. to email@example.com.
The deadline for proposals is January 4, 2019 at 8pm. If your proposal is accepted, you will be notified by January 28. Deadline for submitting papers to session chairs is February 25, 2019.
The committee is arranging hotel rooms and a Friday night event in historic downtown Aiken. See you in Aiken, SC March 9th 2019!
Call for Session Chairs/Commentators: SCHA frequently needs members who are interested in helping out at the annual meeting by chairing sessions. If you are attending the annual meeting in 2019 but not presenting a paper we hope you will consider submitting yourself as a session chair/commentator. If interested please submit your name, your research areas and what kind of sessions you might be comfortable chairing outside those specialties (i.e. graduate student papers on any topic, Latin America, Women’s History - any time period, etc.).
Please notify us of your interest by Friday, January 4, 2019 at 8pm by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include session chair/commentator in your email header.
