Several photos of Kentucky suffrage leaders are included in this section of West Liberty's newspaper in Morgan County, KY. Under the suffrage map delineating the various states' laws regarding woman suffrage (reproduced from the NAWSA report), a speech from Woodrow Wilson on suffrage and the Democratic Party can be found. Below that is a column on the lecture tour by Vicountess Ethel Snowden from England - commissioned by the Fayette County Equal Rights Association's new president, Mrs. E.L. (Jesse Leigh) Hutchinson of Lexington. In addition to Mrs. Hutchinson's picture is a photo of Mrs. J.D. (Fanny) Hays of Owensboro along with a short blurb on her recent election to the KERA board. A photograph of Mrs. Charles (Jessie Edith Riddell) Firth of Covington is also featured along with a notice of the successful campaign in New Jersey by her and Mrs. Harry Whiteside of Louisville.
