Barbourville Equal Rights Association is formed

The Barbourville Equal Rights Association is founded. The group has 30 members including officers: Mrs. M.A. Tinsley (President), Mrs. M.S. Costello (Vice President), Miss Ada Franklin (Secretary), Mrs. J.H. Tinsley (Treasurer) and Prof. J.P. Faulkner (Leader of Lessons).
