Call for applications from literary artists for Ky Arts Council fellowships and awards - deadline March 15

The deadline to apply for the 2023 Kentucky Arts Council Al Smith Fellowships or Emerging Artists Awards is March 15. They are taking applications in this round from literary artists: fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry and play/screenwriting.
