Cornell University, East Asia Program
Editor, Cornell East Asia Series

Cornell East Asia Series is looking for an Editor. The Cornell East Asia Series is a growing publication series of the East Asia Program in the Center for International Studies and an imprint of Cornell University Press. We are hiring an editor who will be responsible for overseeing manuscripts from submission to acceptance, through the preparation process, and on to publication, 7-15 books per year in humanities and social sciences. They will lead and coordinate all aspects of the Series, working closely with the program staff, imprint publisher (CUP), and the 5-7-person faculty editorial board.

The East Asia Program (EAP) serves as the hub of a campus-wide network of specialists and a forum for the interdisciplinary study of contemporary and historical East Asia. The program draws its membership of over 50 faculty and numerous affiliated faculty, graduate, and undergraduate students from eight of Cornell's schools and colleges. EAP's core commitment is to foster and facilitate East Asia-oriented intellectual communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
