The Curatorial Fellowship Program at the Harvard Art Museums is designed to broaden the experience of scholars embarking on professional and academic careers in art history who are considering the museum profession. The Cunningham Curatorial Fellow conducts object-based research and scholarship on the Japanese Collections of the Harvard Art Museums, with a focus on the collection of Edo period paintings promised to the Harvard Art Museums by Robert S. and Betsy G. Feinberg. Under the supervision of the Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Associate Curator of Asian Art, the Fellow works to improve cataloguing data, and researches and prepares interpretive exhibition and publication materials.
