Maitripa College, an innovative Buddhist graduate school, invites applications for an adjunct instructor or lecturer in Indian and Tibetan Buddhist history and thought for the fall 2016 semester.

Applicants are invited to send: 1) letter of application explaining areas of expertise,  2) curriculum vitae including contact information for three references, at least one of whom could address teaching experience and potential, and 3) brief statement of teaching philosophy, with sample syllabi and/or evidence of teaching excellence or potential. Following initial application review, interviews, transcripts, and letters of support may be requested. Cover letters may be addressed to: Dr. Leigh Miller, Director of Academic and Public Programs, Maitripa College, and sent electronically to program@maitripa.org with “History of Buddhism search” in subject line.  Review of applications will begin immediately.
