New addition to the South Asian Ephemera collection

Dear all,

In March of this year, Princeton University Library launched a digital collection of South Asian ephemera. The collection is an openly accessible repository of items that spans a variety of subjects and languages and supports research, teaching, and private study. Newly acquired materials are digitized and added on an ongoing basis.

I’m writing to share news of a recently added collection of approximately 200 items including pamphlets, flyers, booklets, and other ephemera related to Hindu nationalism at the end of the twentieth century. These items were collected by Dr. Arvind Rajagopal, professor of Media Studies at New York University, and gifted to Princeton University Library in 2022. For more information about the collection and to access the related items, please visit the collection’s feature page: https://dpul.princeton.edu/sae/feature/hindu-nationalist-ephemera-collection-of-arvind-rajagopal-1960s-to-2000s

Kind regards,
