Call for Editors -- H-Teach

H-Teach is looking to recruit several editors to revamp the network (https://networks.h-net.org/h-teach). H-Teach is one of 190 networks at H-Net. We have over 2500 subscribers and publish all of our content on an open-access model, giving us a wide audience. There are some light shared responsibilities for editors, namely reviewing and posting submitted announcements as well as checking the H-Teach e-mail account on a daily basis. We are particularly eager to find co-editors who would like to develop or co-develop a project for the network, and we need someone who can manage the existing Twitter account (https://twitter.com/HNetTeach) as well as expand the network’s social media presence. Our parent academic non-profit organization, H-Net, provides training and an editorial support system where editors can find advice and model projects.

If you are interested in volunteering to be an editor, please submit a short CV as well as a brief explanation (about 250 words) about how you would like to get involved with the network to editorial-teach@mail.h-net.org. Please also be prepared to provide a reference on request. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.

We will review applications starting in November, but keep in mind that we always welcome members reaching out to us about volunteering.

Thanks,

Amy

Co-Editor, H-Teach
