Cross-posted from h-war:
Scholars and students focused on World War II might interested in an on-line project that my colleague, Matt Pressman, is heading up with a cohort of Seton Hall undergraduates. The project is called World War 2.0. It envisions what a news web site might look like if it were to go back in time to report the stories of the war as they happen. The web site's stories are timed to the 75th anniversary of the war's events, so the student journalists are now covering the aftermath of the Pearl Harbor attack and the shift of the United States to a wartime footing.
The project is located here:
The site will continue reporting on the war through the 75th anniversary of V-J in 2020.
