Buddhism & Australia 2016: CFP deadline approaches

Dear Colleagues,

The deadline for proposals for the 5th International Conference Buddhism & Australia is just two weeks away – October 30, 2015. Please see the conference website www.buddhismandaustralia.com for useful details about the submission details.

The IC Buddhism & Australia 2016 will be held on 18-20 February,2016 in Perth, Western Australia.

The main themes this year are

                                    * Buddhist Cosmology
                                    * Transforming Buddhism
                                    * Online Buddhist studies

The organizers are open to proposals for contributions on Buddhist history, philosophy, texts as well for proposals on any related theme.

All Buddhists, scholars and members of the general public interested in Buddhism are invited to present their papers in this coming conference. Researchers across a broad range of disciplines are welcomed as well the submission of pre-formed panel proposals.

Important Dates:

A full draft paper should be submitted by January 20, 2016
