Munemasa Takahashi is the artist of Lost and Found, a monumental installation of personal snapshots recovered from the post-3/11 tsunami debris, featured in Japan Society Gallery's current exhibition, In the Wake: Japanese Photographers Respond to 3/11.
Brooklyn-based new media artist Hakan Topal, Ph.D. (Purchase College) has concentrated for over a decade on innovative approaches to art and design in the face of disaster, both natural and man-made.
Followed by an exclusive gallery tour and a reception with the artists.
