Dear H-Net Japan Members,
If you happen to be in the Great Toronto Area on Thursday, November 24, we would like to invite you to a lecture/networking opportunity with Dr. Phillip Lipscy, Director of the Centre for the Study of Global Japan at the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy (University of Toronto).
Dr. Lipscy will be discussing Japan's social and political response to the COVID-19 pandemic, its successes and roadblocks, and what countries like Canada can learn from Japan's experience as we head into another season of public health crisis.
This event is in-person only, admission free. For more details and registration: https://jftor.org/event/japans-response-to-covid-19/
Thank you,
The Japan Foundation, Toronto
