Please join us on Thursday, May 20, 2021, from 9:00 PM CEST for the second webinar in the 'Critical Environmental History: Power, Resistance and Justice' series organized by the ESEH Diversity Committee.

Call yourself a Feminist?: Gender, Allyship and Environmental History will examine the challenges that continue to impede women in the field of environmental history. Building on the history of feminist activism that sought to break down the barriers of conformity and exclusion based on gender, speakers and participants will explore how the ESEH can work to combat sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, and other forms of discrimination in the workplace, the discipline, and the wider community. This seminar will be an open platform to discuss and learn how women-identified colleagues can work in an environment of inclusion and diversity without fear of stigma and discrimination.
