EDIBLE ENVIRONMENTS: IN AND BEYOND MONTREAL/ New DEADLINE to apply: May 1.
July 5-13, 2018 Professor Anya Zilberstein will offer graduate (and advanced undergraduate) students a one week summer school in Montreal, focusing on the city's food and environmental history. Fellowships covering tuition are available for non-Canadian students; all students will be provided with free housing in a newly renovated downtown dormitory (formerly the Grey Nun's Monastery).
Students will earn 3 transferable credits from Concordia.

1. a brief (no more than 750 word) description of how this summer school will enrich their past, current and/or prospective research;
2. the name & email address of their thesis supervisor (undergraduate students should provide contact information for two academic references).
