Join the conversation

Readers can visit Feeding the Elephant online, where it is hosted on the H-Net Book Channel.

To join the conversation and to receive new Feeding the Elephant posts:

1. Please create a profile on the H-Net Commons.
2. Log in and navigate over to the H-Net Book Channel.
3. Click the grey "Subscribe to this network" button in the right-side menu.
4. Once your subscription is approved, new posts will start arriving in your email in-box and you will be able to reply to posts.

To reply to a post:

1. Click the "read more or reply" link at the bottom of the email to naviagate to the post on the H-Net Commons.
2. If you are not already logged into the Commons, you will need to do so.
3. Use the "post a reply" box below the original post to submit your comment, which will be moderated by the editors before publication.
