We welcome paper and panel proposals for the 23rd Biennial Congress of the International Research Society for Children’s Literature (IRSCL) – deadline: November 15, 2016.

An updated Call for Papers specifying how to submit paper and panel proposals is available at www.yorku.ca/irscl17/cfp.html .

The theme of the Congress is “Possible & Impossible Children: Intersections of Children’s Literature & Childhood Studies.”

Congress 2017 will be held July 29 to August 2, 2017 on the Keele Campus of York University, Toronto, Canada, hosted by York University’s Children’s Studies Program.
