The Immigration and Ethnic History Society seeks a new editor for the IEHS Newsletter. Published continually since 1968, the Newsletter is the oldest publication of the Society and contains articles of historiographical and pedagogical interest about the field of immigration and ethnic history. Duties of the Newsletter Editor include gathering news items, reporting recent publications and IEHS activities, soliciting articles, and arranging for printing, mailing, and online distribution. The Newsletter Editor is ex officio a member of the IEHS Board. Necessary qualifications include familiarity with Microsoft Publisher, Word, and Excel. Training will be provided on all aspects of production. The Newsletter is produced twice yearly with production costs paid by the Society.
