Need remote help at the National Archives
Dear colleagues and grad students,
I am based in the US and have a grad student who needs help from some kind soul working at the National Archives at Kew. She is writing on a topic related to Freya Stark and needs a Foreign Office folder or two photographed. As best she can tell, it's an hour or two of work for which she is happy to pay generously because the TNA's rates for photography are extremely high.
Would some generous professor or grad student be willing to help my student?
Many thanks,
John Broich

Post ReplyProfessor Broich,
I can help out if it's not critically urgent. I'll be at Kew in late August and September. I'm a grad student at UC Davis so I'm well aware of the remote service /travel costs. So long as your student could give me exact file/folder numbers it wouldn't be any trouble at all.
Best regards,

I would be happy to help and can do so from early June onwards. Just ask your student to contact me at pgw1@nyu.edu
